Join us at Aspen Moon Farm for pizza, a farm tour, and Q&A with owners Jason & Erin. We will tour their Hygiene properties - 18 acres with 7 in production, plus greenhouses, a pack house, and two hoop houses.
Potential discussion topics include: biodynamic practices, direct to consumer sales, scaling a small farm, the Organic Certification process, the FLSP grant, Zero Food Print program, FSA loans, and more. Come with questions!
